SHIPPING
We want your order to reach you quickly and safely.
Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery usually takes 4-7 business days across India.
- You will get a tracking link on your phone or email as soon as we ship.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- A small fee applies to orders below ₹999, shown at checkout.
A few things to note
- We ship within India only.
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Delays due to courier partners or unforeseen events are outside our control, but we are always here to help if something goes wrong.
EXCHANGES
Getting the size right matters. If it does not fit, we will make it right.
How it works
- Request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item should be unused, unwashed, and unworn with original tags and packaging intact.
- Email us at carezoldem@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need.
- We will get back to you within 24-48 hours and guide you through the next steps.
REFUNDS
We offer a full refund in these situations:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order arrived damaged or defective.
Just email us at carezoldem@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. Once we verify it, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
Please note
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
- Items without original tags or packaging are not eligible.
- Sale items are not returnable unless they arrived defective.
- COD orders can be exchanged for a different size but are not eligible for a refund.
