Delivery options: Zoldem Fashion Private Limited offers the following delivery options for orders placed on the website:
Standard shipping: 5 - 8 DAYS ALL OVER INDIA
Delivery time: The estimated delivery time for an order is based on the availability of the items in the order and the selected delivery option. we will use reasonable efforts to deliver the order within the estimated delivery time, but does not guarantee delivery by that time.
Shipping costs: The cost of shipping an order is based on the distance of destination and the selected delivery option. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.
Delivery location: Zoldem Fashion Private Limited currently ships to all over India. If you would like to place an order for delivery to a location that is not currently served by us, please contact us at carezoldem@gmail.com to inquire about the possibility of arranging delivery to that location.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Scope: This return and exchange policy applies to all products purchased through the website.
Return and exchange period: Zoldem Fashion Private Limited will accept returns and exchanges of products within 3 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, with all tags still attached and no signs of wear or use.
Return and exchange process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at carezoldem@gmail.com to request a return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange the product.
Refunds: If you are returning a product for a refund, the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to you using the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will provide the refund in the form of store credit. further if the purchase was make by using cash on delivery payment option then such refund will be made to the bank account of the purchaser.
Exchanges: If you are exchanging a product for a different size or style, we will ship the replacement product to you at no additional Shipping charge. If the replacement product is not available, we will provide a refund in the form of store credit.
Return shipping costs: Zoldem Fashion Private Limited will cover the cost of return shipping for products that are defective or were shipped in error. For all other returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
