RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Scope: This return and exchange policy applies to all products purchased through the website.
Return and exchange period: Zoldem pvt ltd will accept returns and exchanges of products within 3 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, with all tags still attached and no signs of wear or use.
Return and exchange process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at ( care.zoldem@gmail.com )to request a return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange the product.
Refunds: If you are returning a product for a refund, the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to you using the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will provide the refund in the form of store credit. further if the purchase was make by using cash on delivery payment option then such refund will be made to the bank account of the purchaser.
Exchanges: If you are exchanging a product for a different size or style, we will ship the replacement product to you at no additional Shipping charge. If the replacement product is not available, we will provide a refund in the form of store credit.
Return shipping costs: Zoldem pvt ltd will cover the cost of return shipping for products that are defective or were shipped in error. For all other returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Changes to return and exchange policy: Zoldem pvt ltd reserves the right to change this return and exchange policy at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to check this return and exchange policy regularly for changes.
